We're Baaaaaack!


That's right Ruffle Boo - we are all back. Based on feedback, there is demand to start up the Ruffle-Boo Fitness Challenge. And, since I was the last winner (yeah.yeah.yeah - shining fingernails on front or shirt)...I suppose that means it is my responsibility to kick you people in the butt!

So, same deal - we have from now until the next IN-PERSON RFL BU meeting. According to my schedule, that is still looking like June...unless plans change, in which case, we'll deal with on a situational basis. All that means is that it's important not just to lose weight for this tentative period, but to make an attempt to live a healthier lifestyle. After all, isn't that the real goal of this challenge?

So, weigh yourself in by tomorrow morning (since we're the lightest in the mornings!) and get in gear. The winner will win the money like always. And to make it more fair, we're going to go based on percentage of weight lost - not the number of pounds lost. Just like the Biggest Loser.

Put on your running shoes, throw away the twinkies, and get off the couch - it's time to be the sexiest looking Ruffle Boo ever! Let's show off how fit we can be at the Leadership Summit!

YES! I am in.... Judy keeps bugging me anyway, but it would be nice to be in a group challenge - even if I can't seem to lose that much weight. :)

Also - try to get others to post here - whether it is comments or a real post! Great place to check up on ideas and what is working / challenging etc. A real virtual support group!

Hi team!!

I am embarassed to admit it, but since we're among friends.... I just now "got" the whole "Ruffle Boo" thing. Clever.

Count me in -- I've been healthy through Lent (exercise, whole grains, no sugar, no alcohol -- OK, a little alcohol) and this will give me incentive to keep working by butt (and my hips, tummy...) off.

I look forward to seeing a lean, mean Ruffle Boo team in June. : )

I am in! Nancy is correct I have been bugging her so I have someone to diet with... now I have the Ruffle Boo. These last 15 lbs need to go. I gained 5 back of what I lost and still had 10 to go to get back to my "pre-fatso" weight. Also signing up for the Seattle Rock n' Roll Half Marathon the weekend after the BU Meeting so that should help too..
